Our Personal Training sessions have a strong focus on Low impact exercise and Pelvic Floor safe exercises
We can cater for a range of Pre & Post Natal conditions including: Pelvic Girdle Pain Diastasis Recti Pelvic Floor Weakness
All equipment and weights supplied Complimentary exercise program All sessions are 60 minutes long
Depending on your personal goals, sessions can focus on strength training, low impact cardio and weight loss, boxing, pilates mat, yoga or a combination of all of the above!
Our group classes have a strong focus on toning, low impact cardio and gentle core work.
Mums and Bubs Exercise Classes Every Tuesday 10.30-11.30am Jubilee Park, Northote Road, Glebe
Maximum of six mums and babies per class Choose to complete the exercises with your baby or keep them close by in the pram or in the play pen provided
Women are welcome from 6+ weeks Post Natal and beyond
Pre and Post Natal Exercise Classes Every Sunday 8.30-9.30am Balmain Health Club, 1/22 Crystal Street Rozelle
This class is 'baby free' and provides a safe exercise class for women who are pregnant as well as new mums.
Maximum of six participants per class
Women are welcome to participate from 12 weeks gestation all the way up to their due date provided they are safe and comfortable to do so. New mums can participate from 6 weeks Post Natal (pending GP 6 week check and mode of delivery).
