    Pre-Exercise Screening and Acceptance of Cancellation Policy & Terms and Conditions

At Mummas On The Move, we ensure that all sessions are safe, effective and tailored for your fitness level, injuries and concerns. To ensure this, all participants are required to read and agree to the Acceptance of Terms and Conditions, Cancellation Policy and Pre-Exercise Screening below before participating in Mumma's On The Move classes or Personal Training.  

Informed Consent and Waiver
I am participating in the session of my own free will and understand that as with any exercise program, there is a risk of injury. I accept all the risks of participating, even if the risks are created by the carelessness, negligence or gross negligence of Mumma's On The Move or anyone eIse. I hereby, for myself and for my heirs, fully release, waive and discharge Mumma's On The Move from any and all responsibilities or liabilities from injury or loss arising from my participation in the sessions taught by Mumma's On The Move.

I am aware that I am required to inform Mumma’s On The Move in writing of any change to my health, or of any condition that may affect my ability to engage in physical activity, prior to the commencement of a session. 

I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to inform my doctor / carer that I am participating in a Mummas On The Move exercise program. I will follow all advise given to me by my physician. 

​ I understand that Mummas On The Move exercise sessions will at times involve some hands on correction and I hereby consent for my trainer to work with me this way. 

I give Mumma’s On The Move permission to contact at their discretion my emergency contact and/or medical practitioner should the need arise. 

For new mums
I acknowledge that I will need my 6 week Post-Natal check before commencing class after the birth of my baby, and this will be up to the discretion of Mumma's On The Move (Start time is minimum 10 weeks Post Natal for Caesarean Section).

I am aware that my child remains my responsibility throughout the exercise program and Mumma's On The Move does not assume any responsibility for child care. 

I am aware that my child will need to be restrained appropriately at all times when in a Pram and/or Baby Carrier.


Cancellation Policy
When a client schedules a session with Mummas On The Move, a block of time is reserved specifically for that client. This time is valuable for both Mummas On The Move and the client. And as a result, it is important to adhere to the Cancellation Policy, please take a moment to read it below.

Cancellation for Personal Training
To cancel or reschedule a session, please contact Sarah directly via mobile 0438 487 809. Text messages sent after 9.30pm will not be received until the next morning. If you need to reschedule or cancel your allocated session time, please do this at least 24 hours before your session time. This allows this time slot to be available for someone else and means that we can rebook your session for a later date at no extra cost.

Personal Training sessions that are cancelled within 12 hours of the scheduled session time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the session rate. This fee will be deducted from your session pack/prepaid session(s).

If you are on a Direct Debit plan, the above cancellation policy still applies. If you cancel or reschedule your session at least 12 hours from your session time, your direct debit for that week will be held in credit. A make-up session will be arranged with your trainer. If you do not provide a minimum of 12 hours notice, you will incur a 50% cancellation fee which will be deducted from your Direct Debit session fee.

If you have cold/flu symptoms, are a household or close contact of someone with COVID, or have received a directive from NSW Health to isolate you will need to cancel your session immediately and get tested. You will not lose this session or incur a cancellation fee, it will be placed in credit and can be used at a later date when you are well. We require a negative COVID test upon your return.


Cancellation for Group Fitness Classes (Tuesday)
To cancel or reschedule a session, please use our online booking system. You can do this by logging into our online portal via your account https://instabook.io/s2/mummasonthemove


If you need to cancel your booking, please do this at least 24 hours before your session time. This allows this spot to be available for someone else. All bookings need to be made by 8am on the day of your class at the very latest.


If you have cold/flu symptoms, are a household or close contact of someone with COVID, or have received a directive from NSW Health to isolate you will need to cancel your session immediately and get tested. You will not lose this session or incur a cancellation fee, it will be placed in credit and can be used at a later date when you are well. We require a negative COVID test upon your return.

No-shows for PT and Group Fitness 
No Shows will result in forfeiture of the session and the total session fee will be charged. Cancelling within 30 minutes of the session time is considered a no-show.


Late Arrivals for PT and Group Fitness
Clients arriving late will receive the remaining scheduled session time, unless other arrangements have been previously made with the trainer.

Refunds for PT and Group Fitness
No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to relocation, illness, injury and unused sessions. However your session pack expiry date can be extended and arranged with the trainer.


Cancelling a Direct Debit Subscription
To cancel your Direct Debit Subscription, please email hello@mummasonthemove.com.au one week before you would like to cancel with the date you would like your subscription to stop. 


Emergencies and Unforeseeable Circumstances
Please note that there are times where cancellations are completely understandable due to an emergency or an unforeseeable circumstance. In this case, you are required to notify the trainer immediately and the Cancellation Policy will be applied at the trainer’s discretion. 


COVID-19 Safety Plan
We are a COVID safe business and have completed the online safety plan. 

Exclude staff, visitors and customers who are unwell.
Any clients, visitors and staff who are unwell or a household contact of someone with COVID are not permitted to attend any Mummas On The Move classes or exercise sessions. All clients, visitors or staff who are unwell and/or have symptoms suggestive of COVID-19/ and/or are a close/casual or household contact must get a COVID-19 test and follow all recommendations from NSW Health. 
We require a negative COVID test upon your return.

Symptoms of COVID-19 include: fever (37.5° or higher)
cough
sore throat
shortness of breath (difficulty breathing) runny nose
loss of taste
loss of smell
Other reported symptoms of COVID-19 include fatigue, acute blocked nose (congestion), muscle pain, joint pain, headache, diarrhoea, nausea/vomiting and loss of appetite. Unexplained chest pain and conjunctivitis have also been reported as symptoms of COVID-19. In more severe cases, infection can cause pneumonia with severe acute respiratory distress.

Illness can be mild, so even people with only one symptom should get tested and self- isolate straight away until they receive a negative result. Most people in NSW receive their test result within 24 hours.
The time between when a person is exposed to the virus and when symptoms first appear is typically 5 to 6 days, although may range from 2 to 14 days. For this reason, people who have been in contact with a confirmed case are to comply with the latest health advice for NSW Health to ensure the NSW community is protected.

Cleaning:
Hand-hygiene products are provided upon entry and exit
All clients and staff have access to hospital grade disinfectant spray and wipes
All equipment is to be sprayed with hospital grade disinfectant and wiped before and after every session
As part of a comprehensive cleaning routine, Mummas On The Move will:
Frequently clean and disinfect surfaces that many people touch
Shared gym equipment will be cleaned between users
Instruct clients to clean equipment after each use
Provide clients with access to cleaning/disinfection wipes to facilitate cleaning and wiping down of equipment between use. Supervise consistent and correct use. Increase the availability of hand sanitiser and monitor clients using it between each piece of equipment.
Clients are advised to use towels as a condition of participating in Mummas On The Move exercise sessions.

Conditions of entry:
Clients/Visitors are not permitted to enter/particpate in any Mummas On The Move sessions if they:
are experiencing any flu-like symptoms (sore throat, runny nose, persistent cough, shortness of breath, fever);
have been in close contact with a person who has tested positive for COVID-19 (during the period of time in which the virus is contagious);
are awaiting the results of a test for COVID-19;
reside with anyone who is awaiting the results of a test for COVID-19;
have returned from international or interstate (where relevant) travel and failed to observe the government requirement to quarantine for 14 days.
Visitors who are not subject to any of the above conditions for exclusion must be willing and able to agree to the following requirements to:
leave the site immediately if they become unwell, after notifying a staff member;
at all times, maintain social distancing measures (as per the NSW Health guidelines) with respect to other visitors and staff;
maintain good personal hand hygiene by washing their hands regularly and thoroughly and/or using hand sanitiser;
maintain good respiratory hygiene by coughing or sneezing into their elbow or a tissue, and then disposing of tissues immediately;
provide Mummas On The Move with their name and contact details and consent to Mummas On The Move providing their name and contact details to the NSW Department of Health or any other third-party government department, as required to enable contact tracing procedures;
acknowledge that they may be asked to wait, or be refused entry, to by Mummas On The Move in the event that the site has reached its total capacity under NSW Health social distancing requirements;
respond accurately to the following questions if asked by staff:
Are you or anyone you live with currently undergoing testing or awaiting results for the COVID-19 virus?
Have you or anyone you live with tested positive for the COVID-19 virus and have not been medically cleared as non-contagious?
Do you have any flu-like symptoms (sore throat, runny nose, persistent cough, shortness of breath, fever)?
acknowledge the right of Mummas ON The Move to refuse entry or request their departure from our sites at any time and for any reason;
at all times, treat staff and other visitors with respect.
On arrival you will be asked to check in using the Service NSW COVID Safe QR code

Physical distancing
Adhere to 4m2 per person rule
Maintain physical distance of atleast 1.5m apart
A maximum of 30 participants in Greater Sydney or 50 participants outside of Greater Sydney, including the instructor and any assistants, may attend a gym or recreation class in a space that complies with one participant per 4 square metres.
Note: ‘Greater Sydney’ means Greater Sydney as defined by the Public Health (COVID-19 Restrictions on Gathering and Movement) Order (No 7) 2020.
Ensure patrons or groups of patrons practice physical distancing by staying 1.5 metres away from people they don't live with.
Position equipment with adequate space (at least 1.5 metres) between stations and so that patrons are not facing each other when using equipment stations.

Record keeping:
This will be done via the NSW COVID Safe app and online check ins via the Mummas On The Move portal
