Includes thorough pre-exercise screening, tailored exercise session and goal setting
Weekly personal training on a direct debit $95.00 or $99.00 pay as you go
One 50 minute exercise session per week, no lock in

FAQ
I've just found out I'm pregnant, when can I join?
Congratulations! We recommend commencing PT sessions after your first trimester. Provided you are safe and comfortable to do so, we can train all the way up to when you have your baby.
I've just had my baby, when can I join?
Women are welcome from 6+ weeks Post Natal and beyond provided they have had their 6 week check. We recommend waiting a little longer (8-10 weeks) if you have had a Caesarean. We can also refer you to a Women's Health Physiotherapist if you would like a comprehensive screening done prior to returning to exercise - just let us know!
How can I book in my first session?

It's my first PT session, what should I bring?
Wear comfortable exercise clothes and bring a water bottle. You are always welcome to bring your baby to your session. We recommend bringing a few toys to keep your little one entertained and a baby mat for baby to lie on
Can I still do Personal Training if I am not pregnant or a new mum?
Of course you can! We also share a special interest in Strength and Conditioning, Exercise Rehab and returning to sport after injury.
