 Movement is medicine and we're here to make you feel good! During your sessions, you have the option of Pre Natal + Post Natal Pilates, Barre, Strength and Conditioning, Cardio, Dance and HIIT just to name a few

Initial consult and pre-exercise screening $120.00
Includes thorough pre-exercise screening, tailored exercise session and goal setting
​Allow 60 minutes for your first session
​Babies welcome
Weekly personal training on a direct debit $110.00 
 Limited spots available.
​ One 50 minute exercise session per week, no lock in contracts, 24 hour cancellation policy applies
Access to all online programs for the duration of your direct debit including our signature pregnancy program and post partum recovery program

FAQ

I've just found out I'm pregnant, when can I join?
Congratulations! We recommend commencing PT sessions after your first trimester. Provided you are safe and comfortable to do so, we can train all the way up to when you have your baby. 

I've just had my baby, when can 
I
 join?
Women are welcome from 6+ weeks Post Natal and beyond provided they have had their 6 week check. 
We recommend waiting a little longer (8-10 weeks) if you have had a Caesarean. We can also refer you to a Women's Health Physiotherapist if you would like a comprehensive screening done prior to returning to exercise - just let us know!

​How can I book in my first session?
Click the 'I'd like to enquire about PT' button below and fill in your details. We will endeavour to get back to you within 24-48 hours. 


It's my first PT session, what should I bring?
Wear comfortable exercise clothes and bring a water bottle. You are always welcome to bring your baby to your session. We recommend bringing a few toys to keep your little one entertained and a baby mat for baby to lie on

Can I still do Personal Training if I am not pregnant or a new mum?
Of course you can! We also share a special interest in Strength and Conditioning, Exercise Rehab and returning to sport after injury.
