All trainers are qualified in Pre and Post Natal Exercise and Exercise Science

Exercises can be modified for:
  • Abdominal Separation
  • Back pain
  • Pelvic floor weakness and/or dysfunction
  • C-section recovery
  • RSI and Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
  • Pelvic Girdle Pain
  • Pubic Symphysis Dysfunction 
  • Other aches and pains

​We can also correspond with your Physiotherapist or Allied Health Professional if requested

Our workouts are designed to work the whole body from head to toe and include:​

  •  light resistance exercises
  • low impact cardio
  • post partum pilares
  • gentle core
  • pelvic floor exercises
  • Opt in or out of exercises as needed - this is a stress free class!

Whether you're used to exercising regularly or not at all, our classes are a safe space to get moving

FAQ

When can I join?
Women are welcome from 6+ weeks Post Natal and beyond provided they have had their 6 week check. 
We recommend waiting a little longer (8-10 weeks) if you have had a Caesarean. We can also refer you to a Women's Health Physiotherapist if you would like a comprehensive screening done prior to returning to exercise - just let us know!

​How do I join?
Click 'register for free trial class' and fill in your details. We will endeavour to get back to you within 24-48 hours and book you in to a complimentary trial class.  


It's my first class, what should I bring?
Yourself, your little one, pram and a few toys to keep your little one entertained, baby mat for baby to lie on, water bottle
