When can I join? Women are welcome from 6+ weeks Post Natal and beyond provided they have had their 6 week check. We recommend waiting a little longer (8-10 weeks) if you have had a Caesarean. We can also refer you to a Women's Health Physiotherapist if you would like a comprehensive screening done prior to returning to exercise - just let us know! How do I join? Click 'register for free trial class' and fill in your details. We will endeavour to get back to you within 24-48 hours and book you in to a complimentary trial class.
