Our workouts are designed to work the whole body from head to toe. What to expect:​

  • Weights and functional strength training
  • Pilates 
  • Core exercises 
  • Cater for all levels and abilities
  • Expert coaching (pregnancy + postpartum safe)
  • A room full of women who get it

Whether you're used to exercising regularly or not at all, our classes are always a safe space to get moving

All trainers are qualified in Pre and Post Natal Exercise 

Exercises can be modified for:
  • Abdominal Separation
  • Back pain
  • Pelvic floor weakness and/or dysfunction
  • C-section recovery
  • RSI and Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
  • Pelvic Girdle Pain
  • Pubic Symphysis Dysfunction 
  • Other aches and pains

FAQ

When can I join?
Women are welcome from 6+ weeks Post Natal and beyond provided they have had their 6 week check. 
We recommend waiting a little longer (8-10 weeks) if you have had a Caesarean. We can also refer you to a Women's Health Physiotherapist if you would like a comprehensive screening done prior to returning to exercise - just let us know!

​How do I join?
You can book online or fill in your details below and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

It's my first class, what should I bring?
Yourself, your little one, pram and a few toys to keep your little one entertained, baby mat for baby to lie on, water bottle
