Mummas On The Move is dedicated to empowering women through every stage of motherhood with specialised fitness programs. We provide tailored personal training sessions for women who are pregnant, postpartum, and beyond, focusing on safe and effective exercise. We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Personal Trainer to join our team on a casual basis.

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Personal Trainer to join our team on a casual basis.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Conduct Personalised Training Sessions: Lead engaging and supportive personal training sessions tailored to the needs of pregnant and postpartum women, as well as those beyond the postpartum period.
- Program Development: Design and write individualised exercise programs that align with each client’s goals, capabilities, and stage of motherhood.
- Content Creation: Film and edit engaging content for our social media platforms, showcasing exercises, client progress, and the supportive community at Mummas On The Move.
Must-Haves:
- A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for helping women achieve their fitness goals.
- Pre and Postpartum Exercise Certification with knowledge of common conditions and modifications
- Cert IV in Fitness
- Current CRP + First Aid Certifications
- Working With Children Check
Highly Favourable:
- At least 3 years experience within the fitness industry
- Certifications in: Pilates, Yoga and Strength and Conditioning
- Allied Health Degree: A degree in Exercise Physiology, Exercise and Sport Science, Physiotherapy, or Exercise Rehabilitation is highly valued.
- Passion for Social Media and Content Creation: A love for creating and sharing content that resonates with our community and showcases the Mummas On The Move experience.
