Meet the Trainer
Sarah Campbell Sarah has completed a Bachelor of Applied Science in Exercise and Sport at Sydney University as well as a Cert IV in Personal Training. During her studies, she discovered her two core passions; helping people to get moving again after injury, as well as training women throughout their pregnancy and beyond. To compliment her studies, she has also gained qualifications in Pre and Post Natal Exercise, Pilates Mat and Core Yoga. Sarah’s mission is to empower people to move with confidence, rediscover their fitness and enjoy a safe return to exercise. Sarah’s style of Personal Training is unique and fuses her knowledge of anatomy, Strength and Conditioning, Cardio, Pilates and Yoga. She also believes in Prehabilitation which refers to taking a proactive approach to avoid developing injuries in the future. She does this by addressing existing muscle imbalances and prescribing exercises to improve stability and range of motion. |
