- More Pre and Post Natal specific exercise classes- I believe women should feel safe and included in group fitness classes, even when pregnant. Using my qualifications in Sport Science and Pre and Post Natal fitness , I have done just that! All the exercises in our classes will strengthen, tone, and boost your fitness safely.
- A fitness class where you become part of the community: You are not just a number here! During each fitness class, appropriate modifications are given to each individual, and you exercise with other women that are pregnant and post natal too. Many women in our classes become good friends and end up being in the same mothers groups!
- Support from qualified health professionals: In the past, I have had pregnant and post natal clients who need just that little extra support. That's why we have introduced our monthly Mummy Meetings where a qualified Mothercraft nurse comes in and talks to our members about relevant topics such as sleeping and settling. I also have a strong rapport with local Women's Health Physios that can help with issues such as incontinence, pelvic floor issues and core stability.
